FM2XCCH Marine Cable is a specialized marine-grade cable engineered for critical offshore and shipboard applications where maximum fire resistance, chemical durability, and electrical performance are required. The cable features tinned copper conductors for superior corrosion resistance in saltwater environments, insulated with flame-retardant, halogen-free materials to ensure minimal toxic emissions during fires. Its robust construction includes optional EMI shielding (copper braid or foil) and armored variants for enhanced mechanical protection, all encased in an oil-resistant, UV-stabilized outer sheath designed to withstand harsh marine conditions.
Certified to meet stringent marine standards including IEC 60092, the cable offers exceptional fire performance (complying with IEC 60332 for flame retardancy and IEC 60331 for circuit integrity during fires) while maintaining low-smoke, zero-halogen properties (IEC 61034/60754). Operating reliably across extreme temperatures (-40°C to +90°C), it carries approvals from major marine classification societies(ABS).

FIRE BARRIER : Mica tape
INSULATION : Cross linked polyethylene compound (XLPE). Each pair fomed by white cores with black numbers.
SEPARATOR : Separating tape over pairs.
INDIVIDUAL SCREEN : Electrolytic, tinned, stranded, copper drain wire and aluminum tape screen over each pair
INNER COVERİNG : Separating foil.
OVERALL SCREEN : Electrolytic copper braided screen (Min. 90%coverage) (Tinned copper wire braid on reguest)
OUTER SHEATH : Halogen-free, flame retardant, UV resistant, polyolefin based compound (SHF 1).
COLOR : Orange or Green.
